I am looking for information on Belle (Isabelle) Watson, b. Feb 1880/1881,
daughter of John W. Watson and Mariah L. Pepper.

I am hoping to locate a marriage record for her.

John W. Watson (liquor dealer), was born about 1836, died between 1880 and
1900.
Mariah Pepper Watson, his wife, was born 1835, and died 24 Oct 1928 in Mason
Co., KY. Her mother was Apphia or Affia Pepper. I do not know her father's
name.
