Found the name Fulton included in the following from "The History of Meade
County, Ky 1824 - 1991" by Laura Young Brown and Marie Coleman.

THE RICHARDSON FAMILY by Mrs. J. F. Woolfolk

It appears from the best information we have that sometime in the year
1766, two brothers, Daniel and David M Richardson, shipped from London,
England, arriving at New York City in the same year. Daniel settled at White
Hall, Washington County, New York and David settled at Baltimore, MD,
where he had purchased a tract of land, then leased same to other parties
for the term of 99 years, upon which a portion of Baltimore now stands.
Daniel married a lady from Dublin, Ireland. From this marriage there were
four children born, two girls, Sallie and Polly, both of whom died in infancy
and two boys, Daniel and David M. David married Miss Lydia ACKLY in
August 1790 at White Hall, New York. The father, Daniel, of the two bro-
thers, Daniel and David, was a soldier in the Revolutionary War. On his
return home to White Hall he had contracted small pox and died therefrom.
Some years after his death, his widow married David CLOUGH, and to them
was born one daughter, Sally. They then moved from White Hall, New York
across Lake St. George, up Otter Creek to Middletown, Connecticut.

The children that were born to David M. and Lydia A. Richardson at White
Hall, New York were: DANIEL SAXTON RICHARDSON was born August 25,
1792; POLLY RICHARDSON born August 26, 1795, who lived only one
hour. LYDIA RICHARDSON the first, born September 28, 1796 died January
5, 1797. DAVID M RICHARDSON, JR, born Nov 10, 1797; LYDIA RICHARD-
SON second born Oct 30, 1799; LOUISIANA RICHARDSON first born Jan
9, 1802-June 26, 1803; ABRAHAM ACKLEY RICHARDSON born Jan 10,
1803; ORLA COBURN RICHARDSON born March 18, 1806 and LEWIS
ROBERSON RICHARDSON born Friday, May 25, 1809.

David M Richardson, Sr. arrived in Kentucky with his family July 13, 1810.
Louisiana Richardson second was born Monday, July 22, 1811; WARREN
HARDIN RICHARDSON was born Friday, Aug 6, 1813; ALBERT GARRY
RICHARDSON was born Friday, Aug 6, 1815.

David M. and Lydia (Ackley) Richardson had born to them fourteen child-
ren. DANIEL SAXTON being the oldest of the family was married to his first
wife, Miss MARY HURD of New York, in Meade County. To them were born
8 children: S. SAXTON whose wife was MARY JANE WIMP. They were the
parents of JOHN MORGAN RICHARDSON, Mrs DELIA CRAYCROFT, Mrs
BETTIE CARRICO of Kansas; CARLTON RICHARDSON and others; Mary
A. 'ANN' RICHARDSON who became the wife of GEORGE NEAFUS, of
Meade County and the mother of G. L. NEAFUS, DANIEL S NEAFUS, JO-
SEPH NEAFUS, Mrs. J. K. WILES and others; Mrs. Eliza WOOLFOLK the
wife of Joseph B. WOOLFOLK, deceased; GEORGE D RICHARDSON;
Mrs MELISSA RICHARDSON, wife of O. D. RICHARDSON; W. C. RICHARD-
SON who married CECLIA JANE WOOLFOLK; L. R. RICHARDSON, JR
who married HELEN RICHARDSON and SALLIE E RICHARDSON who mar-
ried O. C. RICHARDSON, JR. After the death of the first wife of Daniel
SAXTON RICHARDSON, Mary HURD, he married HESTER POPE SIMMONS
WOOLFOLK, the widow of JAMES B WOOLFOLK, deceased. To them was
born one child, WILLIAM HENRY HARRISON RICHARDSON, who died in
infancy. Lydia Richardson married a Mr. ALLEN, who became the father of
her two sons; Hon. W. A. ALLEN of Meade County and DAVID ALLEN of
Breckinridge County; David M Richardson, Jr., who at an early date moved
from Kentucky to Illinois near Chicago; ABRAM ACKLEY RICHARDSON
married Miss SALLIE FRYMIRE and to them were born 3 children, REV.
JOHN DAVID RICHARDSON, SAXTON RICHARDSON of Union Star,
Breckinridge County and SUSIE RICHARDSON, who married a Mr BRUNER
and moved to Illinois in early life. After the death of Abram Ackley Richard-
son, his widow, Sally (Frymire) Richardson, married MILNER HAYNES, of
Meade County and to them were born 2 sons, JABEZ and ACKLEY HAY-
NES; Jabez Haynes now lives near Union Star, Ky and the other brother
Ackley, I think is dead.

The REV. JOHN DAVID RICHARDSON was twice married, his first wife
was Miss PHOEBE SPINK, of Meade County. They had no offspring and she
died soon after marriage. Rev. J. D. Richardson was afterward married to
Miss ELIZABETH SHACKLETT of Meade County. His brother, Saxton, mar-
ried Miss MOLLIE ASHCRAFT of Breckinridge County and their half brother,
Jabez Haynes married a Miss RICHARDS, of Breckinridge County.

ORLA COBURN RICHARDSON, SR first married HANNAH FULTON of
Meade County on Feb 24, 1830 and to them were born 8 children: DAVID
FULTON; MARY RICHARDSON, LYDIA LOUISIANA, ORLA DANIEL,
SARAH ELIZABETH, HANNAH, JEREMIAH and ELIZA. After the death of
wife Hannah on Nov 22, 1866, Orla Coburn Richardson, Sr. was married to
Mrs. MARY SHACKLETT ROBERTS, widow of JOHN ROBERTS, on Oct
26, 1847 and to this union were born 2 children, Hon. GUSTAVUS W. born
April 25, 1849 and JULIA W. born May 16, 1851. DAVID FULTON RICHARD-
SON married ELIZA J. STANFIELD Feb 25, 1868. MARY RICHARDSON
was twice married, first to THOMAS MCCANS on Feb 25, 1850. The second
marriage was to Mc H. MEADOR in 1859. ORLA D RICHARDSON was mar-
ried to MELISSA R RICHARDSON Sept 24, 1857. SARAH E. was married
to JAMES F WOOLFOLK, Oct 28, 1858 to whom were born one child;
WILLIE O. WOOLFOLK. HANNAH RICHARDSON was married to VIRGIL
HARDIN April 11, 1860. ELIZA RICHARDSON married JAMES F WOOLFOLK
Sept 24, 1861, this being the second marriage of J F Woolfolk. JULIA W.
was married to BEN S. CLARKSON on Nov 5, 1867. GUS W RICHARDSON
and ALICE A. THOMPSON were married Dec. 1870. LEWIS ROBINSON
married PRISCILLA FULTON and 9 children were born to them: DAVID F,
JOHN W, MARY ANN, ORLA, JR., HELEN, LYDIA, WARREN H, JR, ALICE
and HESTER who died in infancy. LOUISIANA RICHARDSON married HAY-
DEN MOREMEN and to them were born 5 daughters: LYDIA, PETER HUFF,
MARTHA MOREMEN STIFF, MALVINA MOREMEN ROBERTS, ALLIE,
ELIZA HUFFMAN SHAIN, all of Meade County. WARREN HARDIN married
MARY BLANT FUNTION May 16, 1833 born Oct 18, 1816. 12 children were
born to them: DANIEL R Aug 14, 1834; THOMAS M Apr 2, 1837; LEWIS
born Mar 27, 1839; DAVID July 26, 1840; WARREN B. Aug 29, 1842;
SOPHIA Apr 24, 1845; HANNAH R. NEAFUS June 2, 1846; LOUISIANA
June 26, 1848; MOLLIE R HAMILTON Oct 6, 1850; JOSEPHINE R NEAFUS
Feb 20, 1853; MARTHA R CHILDS Feb 19, 1855; DANIEL RICHARDSON was
married to MARY A. FRYMIRE in the spring of 1859; THOMAS W. was mar-
ried to Miss MARY ROBERTS Apr 11, 1860; ALBERT GARRY married MARY
STEPHISON to whom were born 4 children: WARREN, NANNIE R BRUNER,
MARY ALBERT and JOHN who died in infancy.
