Ann,

I may be able to offer a reason as to why your ancestor wasn't named on the
Revolutionary War Veteran's plaque.

Most Kentucky counties that honored veterans this way only listed those that
died within their county limits. Few, if any Rev War Vets were born in
Kentucky and most counties did not want to honor vets who basically just stopped off
on their way west, so those counties just honored those who died within their
vicinity. Of course, there may be some exceptions to the rule.
