Hello everyone,

Does anyone have information (parents / siblings) on the James RACHFORD
mentioned below? I have much information on the
Rachford/Rochford/Ratchford family of Pendleton and Kenton counties. I
haven't been able to place this particular James with a family as of yet.

Happy to share what I have on the family if you need it!
