I copied this from my listowners' mail, so you can see why it is better not
to use html and the fancy-schmancy things some mail programs allow.
Everybody doesn't interpret things the way you do (or the way your mail
program does). HTML format in mail is especially difficult for digest
subscribers.
We now have 36 subscribers on the new (relatively) Harrison County mail
list and 71 on the Scott County list. A number of subscribers are on both
lists, and my original idea was to merge the two, but this can't be done
while we allow archiving of the list messages. Since the "traffic" is not
that heavy I suppose it doesn't matter, but wanted you to know we are
growing.
