Boyd, John married Griffin, Tabitha on 24 Apr 1804 in Shelby County,
Kentucky

The Ancestral File says that he is John Boyd, Jr. of VA (strange, but it
doesn't list his father as John Boyd, Sr.). Of course, we all know that we
need to be suspicious of the Ancestral File, but it certainly is a lead for
a search.
