Thanks for everyone's help. I have run into some problems too, but have
found some. I'm researching the following names from Shelby Co.: Weakley,
Shepherd, Baskett and others. Susan

County that I found by going through page by page on Ancestry.com census
until I found them listed. Yet, when I key their name in at both places in
the search engines....Ancestry.com census & Familysearch.com
census.......their names do not come up! So, it pays to have a little
patience and sift through the census's page by page in a prticular county
that you believe your ancestors are from. It might take hours...but the end
result is you have the census with the family you are seeking....showing the
siblings and ages of those ancestors you didn't know about before.
