Hi Nancy and Eleanor,
Nancy the (old mining type rusty building about 2 stories tall ) has changed
since you last seen it. A friend has made a home out of it. He has but
siding on it, fixed up the roof and added a deck. It doesn't look a thing
like it did. It was an old feed mill that he use not only as a home, but a
garage where he works on other people's autos. Otherwise your right on the
money with everything else.
Oh yea! about the view from Moffett Cemetery. My husband who is the
caretaker spent this past winter reopening the view toward Madison. He will
be working on it again this coming winter, but what he has done so far is
awesome. There have been artists coming out to the cemetery to paint the
view.
:-)

HI!!
Well.....about location of cemeteries...
Moffett is technically in Milton,KY and is 'on top of the hill" overlooking
the Ohio River toward Madison, Indiana. The town of Milton, however, ---
the old town that is -- is down on the river banks. The road to
the cemetery in off of US 421 about 1 mile from the crest where 421 gets to
the top of the hill---if you are coming from Madison and the road to the
cemetery will be on your left with a sign (small) pointing the
direction. If you are coming from Louisville area you will pass through
'new' Milton -- or the part that has expanded on top of the hill. You will
see an old mining type rusty building about 2 stories tall and you
will be near the road to turn to Moffett. The cemetery road is on same side
of 421 as the mill. The road back to Moffett is maybe a mile. The view
from the back side is just grand!!!
I can be more specific if you need more details.
The IOOF in Bedford is off of US 42 just south of town and is on both sides
of the road. Very easy to find.
The other two cemeteries I am not familiar with.
Good hunting!
