I am looking for some help on my GGGrandfather LEONARD ALLEN( b 1828
Cumberland TN d 1885 Morgan Co MO.)

According to 1880 CEnsus was in Wyandotte City and Wyandotte Co KS.
Father born in IL and mother born in TN.

Leonard Married Elizabeth Rebecca SHADWICK.

She died and he married Lavisa VANHOOSER.

Children by Elizabeth:John ALLEN
Sarah ANn ALLEN m Jeremiah Carroll
Catherine ALLEN-m MELTON

Children by Lavisa:William "Bill"ALLEN
Fred ALLEN
Ida Josephine ALLEN m Fred Pfeffer

Nathan had a WIlliam and a Josephine as Children- Possibly names of
parents?


Daughter Sarah Ann Allen was my GGrandmother. She married Jeremiah
Carroll in 1880 in KC KS.

Leonard ALLEN had a brother NATHAN ALLEN whose land he died on in
Versailles , Morgan Co. MO.

A researcher from MO stated that Nathan's Father was Isaac ALLEN. Not
sure if same Nathan but both served in Civil War. Leonard in the 43 EMM
of Moniteau Co.

Nathan in 12th Cal.

The Allen property was on the border of Moniteau and Cole Co. Bough
from father in law Hardy Shadwick.

Questions--Where was Cumberland in 1828 in TN?
Who was Leonards Father and Mother?
What happend to other children?

Does anyone out ther have any Leonard Allens or names mentioned?

ANy help really apprecieted!

ANy one with aces to off year census in Cole, MIller, Morgan and
MOnitaeu Co's in MO and Wyandotte Co. in KS. I would appreciate any
loolups!
