QUANTRELL MEN TO MEET.

The annual encampment of the Hays and Quantrell survivors
will be held at Wallace Grove on the Kansas City-Independence
car line Friday and Saturday, August 22 and 23. Maj. Harvey J.
VIVIAN, senior living officer of the Hays regiment, and Capt.
William H. GREGG, aid-de-camp to Quantrell, have charge of
the arrangements. The Upton Hays Chapter, U.D.C., will assist
with the encampment.
