Just a note to all of you having difficulty with the NARA site.

It sometimes doesn't work, period. I found my Uncle's POW record some
time back. Got in okay. Tried the site again to see if new databases
might include draftees into Navy. I couldn't get in with Netscape this
time. It told me I needed "cookies" enabled. I had them enabled but
for some reason it didn't think so. Got in with Microsoft Explorer.
The format for submitting search criteria is JUST PLAIN COMPLICATED!
The shear magnitude of their databases make simple searches unworkable,
however their idea of "Advanced Search" options just boggles the
civilian mind!

Follow the examples exactly when submitting search terms.
