Ethel,
The only Wofford/Wafford I find indexed in 1910 Calcasieu Parish is a Walter
Wofford, who is close to the right age and born in Louisiana, but he has a
wife named Mariah, age 38, born in Texas.

I also don't find a Tom, Thomas, or T. Wofford of any spelling indexed
anywhere else in Louisiana.
