Hi Judy
Do you have a copy of your transcripts of early New Madrid that you can make available on line in some other way? Seems a shame that no one is benefiting from your hard work.

You will find quite a bit of Spanish governmental and military records
concerning the Missouri posts in the Papeles Procedentes de Cuba (commonly
known as the Cuban Papers) on microfilm. Of particular interest to
genealogists are censuses and lists of oaths of allegiance. I transcribed
and translated several of the latter for New Madrid in the early 1790s and
submitted to Mississippi River Routes. They have not yet appeared in print.
The largest collections of the Cuban Papers are at LSU, HNOC, Clayton
Library, and UF. Unfortunately, these do not ILL, so you'll have to go to
one of these libraries yourself. Use Roscoe Hill's guide to point you to
the appropriate legajos (bundles) that contain Missouri material. It helps
to know who the commandants were of the posts you're interested in.
Caveat: This is not easy research.
