You can probably call the City Hall in Gibsland to find out. My
grandparents lived right next door, Ed HART and Sons Feed Store. They had a
big brick building, but I heard the city wanted it to be taken down and now
I am told, that the bricks are in a heap. I was also told the HART's were
the first to have electricity in Gibsland.

Both my mother who was a KNIGHTON and my father was a HART were born and
raised in Gibsland. As I was growing up they called it Gibbs.

My grandfather Joe KNIGHTON owned a variety type store there in town.

Just thought I would send this along. Hope you find your answer...as I am
thinking about it I think my cousin Janie used to own it. If you don't
find out thru the City Hall, let me know and I will call her.
