Hi Dianne!

Am used to talking my Vernon Parish McColloughs & Watsons with you, but not used to discussing Bienville Parish things with you as those are my husband's items. Sorry for the delay in replying; we've been on vacation.

Nope, do not have the dob of Edna E Smith, but she died bef. 09 Jun 1900 as Ennis M iFranklin is shown as "wd" and living with sons Alvin, Elbert & Bolhan C (Bolen C) in Bienville Parish on that date. So they married after the 1880 census and she died before 1900, actually between Jan 1895 (when Bolen was born) and 9 Jun 1900..

Now Ennis M Franklin was born abt 1860 in Butler Co, AL and they married 02 Dec 1886, so think it safe to assume she was born sometime between 1860 and 1872.

Will continue to search for her.
