My friend that I just this past year got intrerested in genealogy is recording Forest Park Cemetery, here in Shreveport. She has already recorded some 600 graves and hasn't even scratched the surface.
She finished one in Haughton called the Haughton Cemetery in Bossier Parish. I am in the process of typing it to submit.
I get so many emails requesting information for Forest Park cemetery and am so excited that this is being done. It is a major undertaking. God bless her for doing this.
