According to Father Hebert's SWLR v. 1-A, p. 309:

"FONTENOT, Faustin (Phillip & Francoise BERZA) b. 14 Feb 1798, bt. Tuesday, 29 May 1798 supplied ceremony for baptism which was previously performed at home. Pats: Jean Louis FONTENOT
& Marguerite DOUCET; Mats: Joseph BERZA & Antoinette LEMOIN; Spons: Jacques DUPREE & Marie Louis FONTENAUT. Fr. Pedro de ZAMORA (Opel. Ch. : v. 1-A, p. 200)"
