Since several of you seem to be familiar with Mt. Paran cemetery I'd
like to ask if anyone knows anything about my ancestor who is buried in
this cemetery. Her name is Frances Elizabeth (Greer) Avery. She was
born about 1823 in Georgia and died on November 23, 1907. She was the
wife of William Avery. I have been trying to find out more about
Frances Elizabeth Greer's parents. I have been told that they might be
William Greer and Cynthia Smith but I have not had much luck finding
anything on this couple. Anyone out there familiar with this family?
