I have the J&W Enterprises Cemetery books for Claiborne Parish.

Here are the Harris names in Rocky Springs

Harris. R. A. (Mrs)
(W/o Rev. A. Harris) (She died as she lived, trusting in God)

I did not see any other Harris names in Rocky Springs.

I did find Milners in Haynesville Cemtery:

Milner, A.P 3/29/1855 - 6/23/26
Milner, Epsie Rebeca 8/4/1854 - 7/30/47

Where did you find the Rocky Springs cemetery online. I searched the Tombstone
Project and also the Claiborne Parish genweb site and it is not there (where
it should be)
