Tim,

I'm no expert on such things but I am aware of something called the "Old
State Line" which runs generally, but not exactly, parallel to the present state
line between Louisiana and Arkansas. It varies in north to south distance
from zero to several hundred feet and is described in some old land deeds
covering property we own in Columbia County, AR.

Could this be the mysterious "Township 24?"
