Gene,
I am curious about your Phebe Lacy. Do you know her birthdate, spouse, etc?
I am looking for information about Phebe Lacy who married William Ellis. It is my understanding
that she was granddaughter of the elusive Philemon Lacy who was married to Esther Daniel. They were
also in Carter Co, TN.
Thanks,
Donna
