I am the 5th great granddaughter of Rebecca Lac(e)y (b. Abt. 1774 in
Shenandoah County, Virginia) who married Thomas Jefferson Tipton on 23 Jul
1791 in Washington County, Tennessee -- her father is Philemon Lacy, Sr. (no
dates) -- I have no further info or dates on Philemon -- I WOULD LOVE TO
HAVE WHAT YOU HAVE, Norma!!! I am almost positive that we are related --
along with all the other cousin's I've cc'ed
