I have info on Hezekiah's parents, grandparents etc. I have posted it
before, but if anyone is interested I can repost. Several Ladds, Catos and
Simpsons moved from Christian County Ky to Texas in the 1850's, including
Hezekiah. Other Ladds in the family stayed in Ky (my branch of the family)

Don't know if anyone has come across this yet, but it looks like Hezekiah
Ladd, b. 4 Feb 1838 in Christian Co., KY, and moved to Texas before 1860,
was in Sebastian Co., AR in 1880, apparently to find a wife.

He and his son J. A. (James Andrew) were on the 1880 Census in Big Creek,
Sebastian Co. Hezekiah has a new wife and a new daughter. The info is
below. Does anyone know anything about the new wife?

Thanks,

Sam
