Annual Council Meeting
Luncheon & Tour Reservation Form
Saturday, May 10, 2003 11 a.m. to approximately 3 p.m.

In Baton Rouge, the day will start with the annual Council meeting at 10:30
a.m. at Magnolia Mound's Hart House, also known as the overseer's house (2161
Nicholson Drive.) Although this is a meeting of the Council or Board
members, all West Florida members and interested persons are welcome to
attend. Parking off the street on site.

At 11:00 a.m. we will gather in the Hart House at Magnolia Mound for our
luncheon and speaker. This year we will have the privilege of hearing Lisa
Kay Adam speak about "Louisiana and Haiti: Historical Connections." Lisa is
employed as Louisiana Arts and Science Museum's Collection manager and
registrar. Her education consists of a B.A. from the University of Texas at
Austin with majors in Anthropology and English; B.S. in Education from the
University of Texas at Austin; and Ph.D. from Louisiana State University,
Department of Geography and Anthropology. After lunch we tour Magnolia Mound
antebellum home.

Your prepayment of the $______ fee will reserve your spot. We will be served
the Mound's Plantation Dinner which consists of Grilled Catfish or Baked
Chicken, Twice-baked potatoes, green beans, salad, rolls, blueberry cobbler
and iced tea or coffee. Please indicate below your entree selection by
