Thanks Cheryl. I appreciate your suggestions. I know the Councilman is very supportive of the Black Community, I hadn't thought of that. Boy Scout thing is also a good idea, I thought of that one also and I am going to look in to that.

As far as a title search, that has crossed my mind also. I would have to do it myself, as from previous experience I know that can be expensive. I have a closing attorney that I can talk to on that.

You have given me some great suggestions and inspiration. I appreciate your help.
