Vermilion folder name on the ftp side needs changing. Still 2 "l's"

Make that "...I *didn't* want to add...".
If you have checked out the archives lately, you will find that all the
parishes now carry their full name. Even Vermilion has been changed from
Vermillion (two l's) to update the spelling.
