I was wondering if anyone can help me.I am a mom of 3 and live paycheck to paycheck. I am looking for my best friend since 8th grade. When I was moving to Fl she was moving back to her home state of LA. I wrote her but back in 02 when I wrote her they had that really bad hurricane and I never got a response. I have been searching the net but I am only getting to a dead end. I am missing a piece of my heart knowing my daughter might never get her see her godmother again. I need help on how to find her with no money or lil money.. Can anyone help me. If so you can email me at and in the subject line just put help finding kim webber.
