I'm very pleased to announce the addition of the book "A Faithful
Witness - A History of First Baptist Church of Homer, Louisiana" by
Barbara Smith to the Claiborne Parish Archives. Barbara very graciously
submitted her wonderful book and we are deeply grateful!
This book contains biographical sketches of the pastors of FBC, Homer
from its inception through present day, along with a very thorough and
well written history of the church (est. ca. 1845) and the early
Baptists of North Louisiana. Following is a list of the bio sketches
