I am searching for relatives of William "Bill" Carpenter. He had two sons CliftonRoy Carpenter 6/6/1946 and O'Dell with Georgia Louise Shoumaker. Bossier Parrish has been mentioned indirectly with his name. He may have robbed a bank. I don't have any other information at this time.
