The Winn Parish Genealogical and Historical Association will hold its
meeting Saturday, January 12, 2008 Open to the public, the meeting will be
held on the second floor of the Winn Parish Health Unit building, 301-A
Main,
Winnfield. The stairs are located at the rear of the building.

The meeting will start at 12 noon. Our Library will be open at 11:00 for
anyone
to use on Sat.

This will be our first meeting with our new President, Sue Badeaux, so let's
all try and attend to see what new plans she has for the coming year.

Annie Jones our V-President does have a guest speaker for our program
this meeting. Bill Thompson will be speaking on Civil War Reenactments, so
this should be a great meeting. (If he is not ask to work at the last minute
he will be there)


Please bring your favorite refreshment. We all enjoy trying out the new
refreshments we all bring.
