Tonya Westbrook address is 17459 Morales Lane, Livingston, LA 70754. Phone number: (225) 698-6985. She was divorced from Terry Westbrook by March 2001. They were living at the 13689 Amite Lane, Maurepas, LA address by 1996. I don't know if Jesse and Betty Smith was deceased at that time. Betty Gregoire Smith succession (Probate #11368) and Jesse S. Smith,Sr. succession (Probate #11369) both filed in Livingston Parish in 2004. Children were listed as: Jesse S. Smith,Jr., Pamela Smith McKenzie, Joy Smith Ellison and Tonya Smith Westbrook. I could only view the Judgement of Possession by computer. When I go back to the courthouse, I'll check the entire succession file to find out any additional information as to addresses of other children. In the mean time you should contact Tonya for further information
