I'm looking for the relatives of my gggrandfather Lewis LaMont (aka) E.B. b. 1841 in New York according to the records I have but not sure if this is correct. He married Elizabeth Smith 1861 in Lenawee, Michigan. There children have some common names with Ebenezer's, that's why I'm writting, hoping there my be a connection. Also, most of the family moved west and ended up in Missouri, Kansas and Arizona.
There children are Ebenezer (aka) Ebb b. Abt. 1855; Frank b. May 8, 1867 in Pittsford, Hillsdale, Michigan; Ervin (aka) Erve b. November 26, 1869 Pittsford; Elizabeth Mae (aka) Libbie b. Oct. 9, 1871 (my ggrandmother); Mary b. 1873 (married a Weatherwax); and Edward (aka) Eddie or Edwin b. Aug. 18, 1876 (married Callie).
Also one of Elizabeth Mae's granddaughters also name Elizabeth was always refered to as Bessie or Betsy.
