The Scotlandspeople site has a very good troubleshooting section.

Go to the Home Page
then click on "Help& Other Resources"
then click on "Troubleshooting"

then read the sections on "Problems with the ActiveX image viewer:" and
"Image Viewers"
and follow the links that it recommends.

If you follow all this you will find that the site supports two different
Image Viewers and if you click on "Your Details" you can scoll down and then
choose which image viewer you want to use.

The ActiveX Control viewer is the basic one
The Java Applet viewer, "viewONE" has a lot more functionality

With either one you need to play with all the buttons you can click to see
what they can do. (viewONE has on line help)

And, with either one when you want to print anything don't just use the
defaults. Make sure you click on the buttons available to set the
Orientation to Landscape, and also to increase the paper size if you can.

Hope this helps.
