Greetham Street in Liverpool 1 still there
Cleveland Sq. in Liverpool 1 still there
Pitt Street in Liverpool 1 still there
Probably somewhat reduced in size than they were in the 1850's.

I have just seen this reply I found all three in an A-Z, possible that in
the last few years Greetham Street has gone.

If I am right in thinking that it would be St Thomas' , Park Lane according
to the list of CofE records by Liverpool Record Office then between
1813-1867 St Thomas' has a register of burials as it had a parachial
cemetry if they used that church they have been buried there.
