The Barracks would be "Wellington Barracks " Halifax. Nova Scotia

If he was a Regular Soldier .!! in 1904
He would be a Member of the "Royal Canadian Regiment"
Or a British Soldier attached for Training Purposes

He Could also be attached to the "Royal School of Infantry"
or the "Royal Canadian Garrison Artillery"
all the above were based in Halifax.Nova Scotia
