Hi,
I asked about this book a while ago and several people offered to help me
get a copy from the few places that still have one. I want to thank all of
you, and let you know that I found a second-hand hardback copy for $15 at a
used-book dealer in San Diego, California!!! What a shame it can't tell me
how it ended up all that way from home.
Anyway - if anyone else is looking for out-of-print books (whether from
last year or last century) I can whole-heartedly recommend an on-line
service called Bibliofind. They have 'pooled' the catalogues of book
dealers from all over the world and you can search them at:
