Margaret - If this had been the case at least half of my ancestors born
before the mid C18th would have been breaking the law. As would have
been the rectors of most churches, who diligently entered middle names
into the parish registers. Frankly, I wouldn't keep looking for that
web-site except to satisfy curiosity. All the best - Guy in Lismore,
