According to the current Greater Manchester street atlas, Weston Street,
Reddish, still exists. It is a short street running between Conway Street
and Raleigh Street, which in turn branch off Coronation Street (No! Not that
one!). Coronation Street runs off Sandy Lane, the road from the roundabout
at the top of Lancashire Hill towards Reddish. Hope that's clear!
Weston Street has a Stockport postcode (SK5), but it doesn't follow that it
lies within Stockport Metropolitan Borough. It might be in Tameside.
No sign of Swann Street, Brinnington, I'm afraid.
