Subject: Trying to find a church

South (generally) of Runcorn ( I know I have strayed from Lancashire)
there is a beautiful little church (Anglican) with wonderful stained glass
windows. These windows are illustrations of scenes from "Alice in
Wonderland".

Can anyone tell me the name and location of the church? How do I get in
touch with, say, the present vicar? My reason is that there is also a
tablet on one of the interior walls of that church dedicated to one Capt.
Robert ECKERSLEY and a mention of Gertrude Claire ECKERSLEY, each of these
names being very common in my wife's family, (ECKERSLEY).

I know the aforementioned as fact because I was in the church a number of
years ago when visiting Britain and I have forgotten the details. Maybe it
is time for another visit.
