Hi Ann,

Australian Telecom, who oddly call themselves "Telstra" these
days, have an excellent feature on the online white pages site.
You enter where you're calling from and where you're calling to,
and the display shows you the local times at each end, and even
the dialling codes. There's also a table to make it easier to work
out the times at other times, if you see what I mean.
