Hi everyone,

Can one of you UK subscribers tell me whether the following is a valid phone
number - I've left the last two digits off, because this is a possible
Adoption Reunion, and I wouldn't want this lady frightened off. She left a
message on my mates phone asking him to call her - the number she spelled
out was 9 437 498 90XX

We've tried all possible combinations using the 01144 code from Canada and
have got through to all kinds of people all over the country (UK) but it
doesn't seem to be a valid number - what's the 9 at the beginning?
