Hi. I have found some new information looking for my Barlows in England, so
I would like to put this out there for anyone who has any information on them.

William Barlow, Bishop of St. David's between 1536/1549. Also Bishop of the
Cathedral of Chichester. (Can anyone tell me where these are?)

ch. William Barlow, was born in Pembrokeshire between 1536/1549. d. 1625
buried in the Chancel of the Church of Easton. He was an eminent
mathematician and divine, in the sixteenth century. In 1560 he was entered
commoner of Baliol College in Oxford, and in 1564, having taken a degree in
arts, he left the university and went to sea, but in what capacity is
uncertain.
About the year 1573, he entered into orders, and became prebendary (Can
anyone tell me what this is?) of Winchester and rector of Easton, near that
city.
In 1588 he was made prebendary of Lichfield, which he exchanged for the
office of
treasurer of that church. He afterwards was appointed chaplain to Prince
Henry, eldest son of King James I, and in 1614, Archdeacon of Salisbury.

Information I am looking for, besides the two questions above are their wives
names, dates of death for them and any children they have. Also if anyone
knows who the parents of the 1st William are. Or how I can look up Bishops,
etc. in England. Also does anyone know if they are any relation to the
Barlows' of Chorlton-Cum-Hardy??

Thank you so much in advance for any help you can give me.
