Hi All
I am still trying to find the birth of my ggrandfather listed in the 1881
census for Halliwell, Lancs. James Hill RIGBY b. Wigan abt 1828. I have
searched the IGI but can not pin point my fellow if in fact he is listed
so many Rigbys in that area) Cud SKS try and look him up in the GRO. You
wud think with a second name of Hill he wud be quite easy to pick out but
this doesn't seem to be the case. His father's name may have been Thomas
but I'm not sure.. Thank you Thank you
