I have just found details of Lieutenant A J W Stead who died 2 Nov 1941 on
H M S "Gos VI", and is buried at Kantara War Cemetery ,Egypt.

Unlike other extracts I have obtained from the War Graves Commission, there
is no mention of the circumstances/incident which caused the death.

Can anyone suggest a source for info please ?
