Jill,
The local records at the main library 4th Floor, Central Library, William Brown St. I don't know there email address, but they have a lot of cemeteries records there. Necroplis, Low Hill, Anfield, Everton, Kirkdale, Toxteth, Walton Park. The library have the burial registers for those cemeteries. I'm sure someone on the list will have the email
address for the library. Though I don't know if they do research or not.
