Hi Mike, sorry again for the delay in getting back to you.

I can't remember what the settings were but they were the maximum the
software would allow. I'll have to check
I viewed the image in the editor that the images are sent in to from the
scanner. Not too sure about anything else, have a look round as you've
given me some ideas.
