Hello,
I am new to the list and I thought I would introduce myself. My name is
Brian Randall and I live in Warwick, RI, USA. I am interested in the surnames
Howarth and France. I believe my ancestors are Robert Howarth and Hannah
Howarth, and Thomas France and Margaret France. They may have been born
around 1830 in England. I am not sure, but I have a guess that Lancashire is
the place. At least I hope it is. I am also told that Howarth is a common
name in Lancashire. Any help would be great. My email is .
