I've just found my GGrandfather on the 1881 census of Horncastle Lincolnshire and need help to understand his occupation.

His occupation is listed as :Coach Woodman (Ors).

I understand the Coach Woodman as I know from my Grandmother that he built horse drawn carriages.

But what does "Ors" mean? Dropping the H from horse sounds too easy.
