Hello listers,
I have a family on the 1881 census listed as follows: Richard Poizer &
Harriett (wife) with 6 children
Dwelling: 41 Lower Chatham St
Census place: Chorlton On Medlock, Lancashire, England
If I was trying to find this same family in the 2%1851 census on line, what
district would I look under. They were all born Manchester Ancoats but
looked at Ancoats and did not see them there.
Another thing, what exactly does the 2% 1851 census contain? Is it 2% of
the total census or 2% of each region or 2% of each district.
I'd really like to find Richard Poizer on the 1851 census ( should be 12) so
I can find his parents names. If anyone can help I would be a truly
grateful Grammy!
