Talk of Legh reminds me that the Harriet Legg (could this be a variation?) married into the Palmers before 1862 in Charton Marshall, Dorset. Martha Palmer married Sam Bailey whose daur. Ann married Walter CASE (my gg grandfather) in 1815. So we see a relationship between all thse names. Also seems that the Clayton's, Case and Bickell were all related by marriage between 1700 and 1900 in various
parts of the country.
